Publication Frequency
The journal publishes four issues annually. Special issues may be announced on emerging themes in design.
Peer Review Policy
All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process, ensuring academic rigour and impartiality. Each paper is reviewed by at least two subject experts before acceptance.
Open Access Policy
JAD follows an open access policy under the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All content is freely accessible without a subscription or paywall.
Indexing & DOI
The journal is in the process of applying for indexing in DOAJ, Google Scholar, UGC-CARE, and Scopus. Articles will be assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) via Crossref to ensure permanent visibility and citation tracking.
